This project aims to improve access to resources and build stronger connections within Waupaca's Latino community by addressing language barriers and building social connections. Since 2000, almost 100,000 Latino immigrants have made Wisconsin their home. Waupaca County has experienced significant growth in its Latino population, contributing to the community's diversity and vitality. Despite this growth, challenges like language barriers and limited representation persist.
