This project was completed as part of the 2017-2018 Resilient Communities Project (rcp.umn.edu) partnership with the City of Ramsey. Ramsey is home to an historic building from the mid-1800s that originally served as a one-room schoolhouse before it was repurposed for use as the Ramsey Town Hall (and, briefly, city hall) in the twentieth century.
