Description:

EPIC-N provides support staff to assist programs with any problems or questions they may have. Members are allowed to schedule meetings with our support staff as their availability allows. Whether you’re looking for help with funding, web design, planning, or technical assistance, our team can help with all aspects of your program. Use the “Request Support” function or email info@epicn.org to get started now.

Examples:

EPIC-N Staff are available to help members with any of their needs, including:

  • Finding funding for a project
  • Talking through how to track projects
  • Finding resources for program development
  • Figuring out how to structure a course to meet local government needs
  • Providing training to members on how to use Qualtrics
  • Helping members navigate the EPIC-N site
  • Connecting university leaders with fellow Program Managers and partner organizations
  • Training Program Managers on how to get their Program and Projects represented on the EPIC-N website

How to Access

To request technical assistance you want to…

  1. Go to the EPIC-N website
  2. Click on “Request Support” in the upper right corner
  3. Log in or create an account in the Member Commons
  4. Fill out ticket with your request 
  5. Wait for a response from a member of our support team
